This Return Policy applies to digital 30-day healthy habit formation challenge products sold by Eliminatepurific through eliminatepurific.world, including the Essentials 30-Day Habit Track (€47), Guided Daily Check-ins (€89), and Complete Habit Mastery Bundle (€129). Because our products are delivered electronically, specific rules apply alongside your statutory rights as a consumer in the Netherlands and the European Union.
1. Digital Nature of Products
All listed programs are digital services comprising downloadable materials, email prompts, portal access, and where applicable live or asynchronous coaching. No physical goods are shipped unless we explicitly offer a printed add-on in writing for corporate contracts.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off)
EU consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from distance contracts without giving reasons. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal ends early if:
- You expressly requested immediate access before the withdrawal period ended, and
- You acknowledged losing the withdrawal right once delivery began.
At checkout we present a clear acknowledgment checkbox where required. If you have not consented to immediate delivery and no content was accessed, you may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund.
3. Goodwill Satisfaction Refund Window
Even where withdrawal rights have ended, Eliminatepurific offers a goodwill policy for individual consumers who report dissatisfaction within seven calendar days of first portal access, provided less than twenty percent of daily challenge content has been viewed and no live coaching session in the Guided or Mastery tiers has taken place. Approved requests receive a refund minus payment processor fees not exceeding five percent of the purchase price.
4. Product-Specific Conditions
Essentials 30-Day Habit Track: Eligible for goodwill refund under Section 3 if criteria are met. Not eligible if PDF trackers were downloaded in bulk beyond preview modules.
Guided Daily Check-ins: Refund requests after the first scheduled coach message has been sent are evaluated case-by-case. Partial refunds may apply if technical failure on our side prevented delivery for more than seventy-two hours.
Complete Habit Mastery Bundle: If you withdraw before module two unlocks and no community call was attended, you may receive a pro-rata refund of fifty percent of the bundle price under goodwill review. After module two begins, only exceptional circumstances such as documented platform outage qualify.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not granted when:
- You completed more than eighty percent of program days
- Your account was terminated for conduct violations under terms.html
- You purchased during a clearly marked non-refundable promotional bundle with explicit acceptance
- You received a corporate invoice where a separate enterprise agreement governs returns
6. How to Request a Refund
Submit a request through reach-us.html including your full name, order email, purchase date, program name, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen banking days depending on your financial institution.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues promptly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension and referral to collections where permitted by law.
8. Defective or Inaccessible Content
If files are corrupted or portal access fails despite reasonable troubleshooting, we will repair access or offer replacement enrollment at no charge. Where repair is impossible within a reasonable time, you may choose a refund for the affected portion.
9. Transfers
Program seats are personal and non-transferable unless we approve a written transfer for corporate licenses. Resale of access credentials is prohibited.
10. Business Customers
Entities purchasing five or more Mastery Bundle seats under B2B terms may negotiate separate cancellation clauses in the order form. Default consumer protections may not apply where validly waived under Dutch law.
11. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Dutch implementation. If any clause conflicts with mandatory law, the statutory provision prevails.
