These Terms of Use govern access to eliminatepurific.world and the purchase and use of 30-day healthy habit formation challenge products offered by Eliminatepurific. By using the website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and contact us before purchasing.

1. Definitions

You, participant, customer: Any individual or authorised representative accessing the site or purchasing programs.

Programs: Digital habit challenge products including Essentials 30-Day Habit Track, Guided Daily Check-ins, and Complete Habit Mastery Bundle as described on program-offerings.html.

Content: Text, videos, worksheets, prompts, and tools delivered through our portal or email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law. Business purchases require that the representative has authority to bind the organisation.

3. Nature of Services

Eliminatepurific provides educational habit-formation coaching and structured challenges. Our programs support lifestyle routines such as sleep hygiene, movement, nutrition awareness, and mindful focus. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or nutritional advice. You remain responsible for your health decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.

4. Account Registration

Certain programs require account creation. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain credential confidentiality, and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten platform integrity.

5. Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of applicable VAT for consumers in the Netherlands unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm enrollment and grant portal access. We reserve the right to decline orders affected by technical errors in pricing; in such cases we will offer a corrected price or full refund.

6. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you receive instructions to access digital materials. Delivery is deemed complete when access credentials are issued or the first scheduled daily prompt is sent, whichever occurs first. You are responsible for ensuring your email filters permit messages from eliminatepurific.ddd.

7. License to Content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program Content for your own habit development during the enrollment period. You may not copy, resell, publicly distribute, scrape, or create derivative commercial products from our materials without written permission. Limited printing of worksheets for personal use is permitted.

8. Participant Conduct

You agree not to harass coaches or other participants, upload unlawful material, attempt to breach our systems, or misrepresent your identity. Community sessions may be recorded for quality assurance with notice provided at session start; personal sharing remains subject to privacy.html.

9. Guided Program Terms

Guided Daily Check-ins include asynchronous coach messages within stated response windows. They do not constitute emergency support. Messages should remain respectful and relevant to your enrolled track. Coaches may decline requests outside program scope.

10. Mastery Bundle Terms

The Complete Habit Mastery Bundle spans ninety days across three modules. Community call schedules are published in advance; missed sessions may be available as summaries when technically feasible. Certificates confirm participation completion criteria defined at enrollment.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, curriculum structure, and Content remain the property of Eliminatepurific or licensors. Feedback you provide may be used to improve programs without obligation to compensate you unless separately agreed in writing.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and programs are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that specific habit outcomes will occur. Statutory consumer rights under EU and Dutch law remain unaffected where applicable.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability arising from program provision shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law, including cases of intent or gross negligence.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Eliminatepurific against claims arising from your misuse of Content, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights through materials you submit.

15. Termination

We may terminate access for material breach after notice where reasonable. You may stop using programs at any time; refund eligibility is governed by return.html. Upon termination, your license to Content ends except for personal notes you lawfully created.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Consumers resident in the EU may also benefit from mandatory protections in their country of residence. Disputes should first be raised via reach-us.html. If unresolved, competent courts in Amsterdam shall have jurisdiction unless consumer law designates otherwise.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance for non-consumer business accounts where permitted. Material changes affecting active enrollments will be communicated with reasonable notice.
